Our oysters grow off the coast of Bayou La Batre, Alabama. The perfect mixture of fresh and salt water in the bay allows our oysters to develop a unique salty flavor. We harvest oysters throughout the year and are happy to fill every order with fresh, live Gulf Coast oysters.
