Serves 4.

  1. Make the blueberry balsamic reduction:
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp. sugar or honey, and a pinch of salt. Simmer over medium heat until the berries burst and the sauce thickens — about 10–12 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  2. Form and season burger patties from ground chuck. Grill or pan-fry to your preferred doneness.
  3. Toast the onion rolls lightly to add texture and flavor.
  4. Assemble the burgers:
    • Spread mayo on the bottom bun.
    • Add arugula or greens if using.
    • Place the burger patty on top.
    • Crumble goat cheese generously over the patty.
    • Spoon the blueberry balsamic reduction over the cheese.
    • Add the top bun and serve immediately.
  5. Pair with a side of fries and a crisp La Croix for a refreshing finish.
