We operate our family-oriented business from a customer-responsive point of view, offering the best possible service and satisfaction for our associates and customers. We strive to run the best full-service, prepared food grocery store in our neighborhoods with long-term profitable growth. We are all responsible for innovations, growth, and productivity, which, through teamwork, creates an environment for success.
We recognize that value-added service and family orientation set us apart from our competition. This allows our associates and customers to derive the best possible satisfaction from their experience at Robért Fresh Market. Recognizing that each neighborhood is different, it is very important to listen to our customers so that we may provide the products and services they desire. Realizing that every associate contributes to the company’s success, they are expected to strive for success to the best of their ability. Input, creativity, and responsibility are expected of all.
We should continually ask ourselves the following questions: What am I doing to add value to our customers and company? Did I take initiative to change my job over the last year to better realize our core objectives? How many new products, customers, or cost-saving ideas can I attribute to my efforts? How can I upgrade my own skills, the skills of others, or the knowledge base of my organization?
Performance is measured in terms of initiative, quality, innovation, teamwork, contribution to the bottom line and adherence to organizational values. Recognition is based on contribution and fairness and every associate has a right to participate. Every associate has a fair and equal opportunity to succeed and will be rewarded on the basis of commitment and results! We want to excel and be the best that we can at what we do!
