- Form and season burger patties from ground chuck. Grill or pan-fry to your preferred doneness.
- Toast the onion rolls lightly to add texture and flavor.
- Assemble the burgers:
- Spread mayo on the bottom bun.
- Add arugula or greens if using.
- Place the burger patty on top.
- Crumble goat cheese generously over the patty.
- Spoon the blueberry balsamic reduction over the cheese.
- Add the top bun and serve immediately.
- Pair with a side of fries and a crisp La Croix for a refreshing finish.
