The time-honored Mardi Gras tradition of bringing hot (or cold) fried chicken to the parade route usually begins with a long, frustrating trip to the drive-thru… but it doesn’t have to!

Your neighborhood Robért Fresh Market is a hub for grab n’ go catering favorites, including our (soon-to-be-famous) fried chicken.

If you’ve ever tried the fried fish on our daily hot bar, you know we’re already pros at cooking perfectly seasoned entrées.

We start with bone-in pieces of FRESH chicken – never frozen – and fry them up daily at all six of our locations in New Orleans, Metairie, and Baton Rouge. (That sweet sound of sizzling oil can be heard in our kitchens throughout the day!)

It’s prepared with our own signature blend of bold seasonings, brought out to our hot food bar, and packaged up for our customers to grab n’ go.
