A Semi-Catered Christmas Cocktail-Style Party Spread
Catering Menus
Mostly homemade… with a little help from Robért Fresh Market. This plan works beautifully for 12–20 guests, depending on the quantities ordered.
1. The Shortcut Charcuterie Centerpiece
Anchor Item (Catered):
- Specialty Cheese Platter: Imported cheeses garnished with fresh fruit or
- Cheese Platter Regular: Swiss, cheddar, hot pepper, and provolone with crackers
Semi-Homemade Enhancements:
- Add your own little bowls of honey, fig preserve, and mixed nuts.
- Slice fresh pears, citrus, and apples for extra color.
- Arrange rosemary sprigs through the platter to make it feel more holiday curated.
2. Small-Bite Savories (Warm & Cold Mix)
Catered Items:
- Artichoke Balls: Heat and serve with the included sauce.
- Mini Meat Pies or Mini Crawfish Pies
- Shrimp Remoulade Platter: Serve in small cups or on lettuce leaves to make them look homemade.
Semi-Homemade Add-Ons:
- Make a quick Christmas Crostini Trio. Toast baguette slices in the oven and top them with:
- Cranberry goat cheese and chopped pistachios
- Ricotta and hot honey
- Pimento cheese and sliced green olives
These feel homemade but are basically assembly projects.

It becomes your “signature holiday pasta” with 3 percent effort.
